CS Pawan G. Chandak is the founder of the Firm, he established the firm in the year 2005. He is a Commerce graduate with post-graduation in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from the University of Pune and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
He has hands-on-leader with a proven track record of over 16 years in assisting organizations in Corporate and allied laws, managing risks, rolling-out new systems, and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Being elected as a member of the Managing Committee of Pune Chapter (Branch) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India [ICSI] and held the position of Chairman of the Pune Chapter of ICSI for the year 2012; he is again elected as the Chairman of the Pune Chapter of ICSI for the year 2017 for the second time and he continues to be an active contributor to the ICSI’s activities. Both years Pune Chapter got Best Chapter award under its category, currently, he is an elected representative on the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICSI and was Secretary WIRC for the year 2019, now he is acting as Vice-Chairman of WIRC for the year 2020 His areas of expertise include handling all kinds of corporate - legal matters including Arbitration and Conciliation matters and also dealing with regulatory authorities including ROC, RD, NCLT, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Finance, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, Pollution Control Board, department of legal metrology, SEZ, STPI, EOUs, DOT, etc. He has varied experience in the fields of corporate laws, Foreign exchange laws, Industries laws, and secretarial audits.
He has a deep understanding of the challenges and issues surrounding all corporate matters, structuring, new projects, JVs, and dispute resolutions.
CS Kuldeep Dayaldas Ruchandani
FCS, M.COM, PGDFM
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi, and a Gold Medalist in Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Management. He has varied experience in core legal and secretarial matters and his area of interest and specialization include Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management Laws, Corporate Governance, Foreign Trade Policy, Intellectual properties, Corporate Restructuring, Employees Stock option schemes (ESOPs) and Employees Stock Purchase Schemes (ESPS), Drafting of Various Business Agreements; Drafting and Consultancy related to Implementation of ESOP/ ESPS, Other allied and regular matters in Corporate Laws.
Before joining the firm as a Partner, he worked with a Subsidiary of Spanish Company as a Manager – Legal & Commercial. He has varied experience of Nine years in the fields of corporate laws, Foreign exchange laws, Industries laws, and secretarial audits.
He is an active contributor to the ICSI’s activities. He was Secretary of the Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI in the year 2014. He is regular faculty for the various programs conducted by the Pune Chapter of ICSI and his topics of deliberations include FEMA, setting up of SEZ/EOU, Formation of Companies/ LLPs/ NBFCs, etc. He is also a regular contributor to various articles in the professional journal published by Pune Chapter of ICSI on the topics related to Foreign Trade and Foreign Investments.
CS Yogendra Sharma
ACS, M Com, DTL, GDC & A
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS). He has done Masters in Commerce (M Com) and Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) from Pune University. He has also completed a Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy (GDC & A) conducted by Maharashtra State and has got overall professional experience of more than 6 years.
His areas of practice are primarily the Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws, EOU, SEZ, DIC & STPI related matters. He is also involved in various other Corporate Laws, Labor Laws, IPR related matters, setting up companies, LLPs, Start-Ups. He has got rich experience in dealing and Liasioning with various Government Authorities like ROC, RD, NCLT, RBI, IPR, and Tax Authorities.
Apart from the above, he is also handling matters related to drafting, review, and negotiations of agreements and providing consultancy related to Company Law Compliances, Secretarial Audits, and advisory service.
