CS Pawan G. Chandak is the founder of the Firm, he established the firm in the year 2005. He is a Commerce graduate with post-graduation in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from the University of Pune and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.

CS Kuldeep Dayaldas Ruchandani is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi, and a Gold Medalist in Post Graduation Diploma in Financial Management.

CS Yogendra Sharma

ACS, M Com, DTL, GDC & A

CS Yogendra Sharma is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS). He has done Masters in Commerce (M Com) and Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) from Pune University.
